A wild theory on subconsciousness

Disclaimer: unlike other things I post on this blog this is a wild theory that can and can't be proven correct. Take this with a grain of salt since I am still working on concocting some kind of proof for or against this theory but I thought it would be fun to put it out there since some poeple might enjoy reading it.

The more you start self inquiring, asking yourself who you are, the more you begin to explain yourself how you work. and then you finally arrive at a point where you can't explain it further. and I call it the nexus or the subconscious mind that we don't have access to. Now think about what it is, it is a thing that guides us slowly, also taking inputs from the conscious brain to where we need to be. Now who we are is still in question since we do not know what consciousness is, but if we take a step back, we can understand ourselves as the thing that's interacting between the if this then this network and this mysterious subconscious mind. and as I discussed in one of my previous posts self is infinite and so on and so forth. We can then look at the subconscious and wonder what it is, and I have come up with a theory. What is subconscious is this underlying field of consciousness that everyone shares (perhaps like the quantum field theory, but not exactly, and it was also not where I got the idea from). Where the consciousness can interact with the subconscious and the subconscious with consciousness and so on. And the subconsciousness is this stream of consciousness consisting of everyone's experiences and collective minds, kind of like a hive mind but not really. What this stream needs is experience from our individual lives so it can grow and understand reality better, and in turn it gives us wisdom and instinct.

This theory would then explain a growing question I've had regarding what exactly is evolving in nature. The individual doesn't benefit from evolution since we die and don't get to see where this all leads, so why the evolution? What is actually evolving?

This theory would suggest that after we die we go to the stream and lose our individuality and become one with that "stream".

This would also give a meaning to life as the meaing would simply be to exist and contribute to this.

And we can go a step further and think about the early evolutions of consciousness. Since it is possible for consciousness to exist on a quantum level this could mean that consciousness took billions of years to learn to interact with the material world and slowly it learned how to interact with fundamental particles and then to use them to create more complex chains of molecules to slowly evolve to where we are right now. To what end, even in this speculation, I don't know. Perhaps to become one with reality or some other reason idk.

This would explain the oneness people feel and the ego deaths and how some people have eliminated thought altogether. but this is just a theory, more research needs to be done.
